Admissions procedure
An important decision you make as a parent is choosing a school for your child. The School invites aspiring applicants for admission. If you or your child is a keen learner, want a sprawling campus rich in flora and fauna and a centre for great teaching and learning for an all-round development, then Pragathi International Academy is the place to be.
Our admissions team is committed to assist you in your search for the best possible school for your child. We welcome and encourage prospective parents and students to visit the school and its facilities to experience who we are and what we do.
The school does not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, colour, gender or national origin. We do, however, limit the number of students based on our capacity to provide required learning support individually. We follow best practices and maintain the desired student to teacher ratio.
While most students join school at the beginning of each academic year, we understand that some may arrive at a later date. Based on availability of places and for exceptional circumstances we are happy to admit students throughout the year.

We invite families to visit us and share in the Pragathi International Academy experience.
Our team will take you around and to show you our campus
Once you have made a decision to apply to Pragathi International Academy, please follow the below steps
● Registration – where you enter basic details on an application form.
● The Common Aptitude Assessment – A date of test will be communicated to you by the school
● Selection communication – If your child has passed our assessment test, you will be communicated by the school.
● Submission of Admission Form – you will then be required to submit the Admission form available at the school office by paying the applicable fees.
Checklist for supporting documents at the time of Admission
1. Birth certificate
2. Aadhar card of student
3. Residence proof of address
4. Vaccination card copy and medical form
5. Blood group report
6. Previous class/ school final report card’s copy (if applicable)
7. Original TC (at the time of admission)
8. Passport size photograph (10 for child and 2 each for parent).
9. Aadhar card of the parents
Additional documents may be required based on the application form and supporting documents submitted at the time of admission.
Confirmation of admission – The school will communicate the confirmation of admission based on internal assessment of all documents and you will have to pay the school fees to complete the admission process.
